CommunityOne's mobile banking solution provides real-time access to your accounts and enables you to make transactions and conduct research using your mobile device.

What it Does

  • Compatible with any web-enabled mobile device, regardless of make, model or mobile service carrier
  • Adapts to any screen size
  • Supports all account types, including checking, CDs, money market accounts and loans and lines of credit
  • Enables you to view your account balances and transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments and pay your bills in real-time
  • Sends SMS text messages as confirmation of all transfers and bill payments
  • Displays Event, Balance, Item and Personal alerts
  • Offers the familiar experience of online banking while enforcing the industry’s highest security standards, including multi-factor authentication

How to Enroll

  • Log into your CommunityOne Online Banking account using your User ID and Password.
  • Once you are logged-in and on the Main Page, select Options.
  • From the Options screen select Mobile Settings.
  • Select Activate mobile banking access and select the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking.
  • Complete the Mobile Phone Number and Wireless Provider fields.
  • Select I Agree to complete the set-up.

You must be a CommunityOne Online Banking customer to enroll for Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking can be turned on and off at any time by selecting or deselecting the Activate mobile banking access field described above.
  
Logging-In


   

Viewing Alerts

  • If you have an Alert to view, you will see the message “You have a new Alert” at the top of the Main Menu. Select View to see a list of Alerts.
  • Select the Alert you want to view. Select Back to return to the list of Alerts. Select Main to return to the Main Menu.

The Alert View option only displays if you have an Alert to view.

  


   
Viewing Account Balances and Transactions

  • Select My Accounts from the Main Menu.
  • You will see a list of Accounts along with the Account Balance. From the list, select the Account you want to view.
  • A Transaction list displays with transactions from the last 15 days in groups of four transactions per page. Select Next to view the next four transactions or Prev to view the previous four transactions.
  • Select a date/amount for Transaction details. Select Transactions to return to the list of Transactions.
  • Select My Accounts to return to the list of Accounts or Main to return to the Main Menu.

  

Transferring Funds

  • Select Transfer from the Main Menu.
  • Select the Account to transfer funds from.
  • Select the Account to transfer funds to.
  • Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  • A confirmation message and number display after the transfer is complete.
  • An SMS Text Message will be sent to confirm the transfer.
  • Select Transfer to initiate another transfer or Main to return to the Main Menu.

You can only set-up one-time immediate transfers via mobile banking

 


   
Paying Bills

  • Select Pay Bills from the Main Menu.
  • Select the Payee.
  • Select the Account to pay from.
  • Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  • A confirmation message and number display after the bill payment is complete.
  • An SMS Text Message will be sent to confirm the payment.
  • Select Pay Bills to initiate another bill payment or Main to return to the Main Menu.
